You can play all of the DLC whenever you want in the main story. Except for Lonesome Road. You should play that when you’re done all the other DLCs and are nearing the endgame. Generally I’d recommend: Dead Money/Honest Hearts>Honest Hearts/Dead Money> Old World Blues>Lonesome Road.
