Singleplayer Version 3, better known as SPV3, is a sophisticated, large scale mod of Halo: Custom Edition that mainly features a revamped version of Halo: Combat Evolved’s Campaign, including terminals, new weapons, vehicles and enemies, additional sections of levels, vastly improved graphics and more.
How do you get Halo SPV3?
Simply download the zip file, run spv3.exe and hit install. SPV3 will look to see if you have a legal copy of Halo PC, Halo Custom Edition, or if you have Halo CE Anniversary installed via steam in it’s default location. If any of these are true, then you will be prompted to install the game to your documents folder.
Can you use SPV3 in MCC?
SPV3 is standalone, and can automatically scan your PC to see if you have Halo: Custom Edition or the MCC version installed via Steam. If so, it’ll install and you’ll be on your way.
