Who runs StreetLink?
StreetLink is a non-profit organisation managed and delivered by Homeless Link in partnership with St Mungo’s. It is principally funded by the UK Government (Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government), with additional funding from the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the Welsh Government.
How can you use the StreetLink app to help homeless people?

What to do if you see a rough sleeper?
Use StreetLink Alerting local services to people who are sleeping rough can save lives. Use Streetlink, the national rough sleeper referral line, to tell our outreach teams, Local Authorities and other homelessness organisations where you’ve seen someone sleeping rough.

The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) is an emergency response to prevent deaths of people sleeping rough during winter. SWEP is activated by local authorities across the country when temperatures are forecast to be lower than zero degrees for three nights, or in London for one night.
