The Development of Guiding in Canada The two pamphlets A and B, were sent to a Scout leader in St. Catharines, Ontario. He gave them to Mary Malcolmson who organized Girl Guides there. This was the first Canadian Company to be officially registered; their registration is dated January 1910.
