here are 2 things that worked for me. Go to My Documents/ArmA 2/ArmA2. open it with notepad find these 3 lines and change the numbers like these are. GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1; refresh=120; now the other way is by steam launch option. right click on the game in the library click on properties.
