Windows 11 is HORRIBLE with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Don’t let your computer install it under any circumstances. You can’t use any applications such as Firefox or Google mail even when you have the proper dragon extension installed. It also seems to disable the few voice commands available to use with Photoshop.
