How does the 2017 Giant TRC Advanced 1 compare with the 2017 Cube Litening C:62 Pro? It’s a £3000 bike reduced to £1899, and I can get a further 10% off, making it only £100 more than the Giant. It’s seriously light for a £1700 bike at only 7.5kg and has Ultegra Di2 electronic shifters.

My head says the Cube though, on the basis of the fact that it has ultegra. Lots of people are of the opinion that 105 is almost as good as ultegra. However I have 3 bikes, one with Sora, one with 105 and 1 with ultegra. Ultegra for me offers far superior shifting to the 105 bike and feels like an absolute dream in comparison.

The equivalent Canyon is over 2 grand in comparison But think if you need to make a claim for warranty. No proof either way, but I imagine Cube might be harder to do whereas Giant will just suck it up being such a HUGE manufacturer. Plus for me. Giant are involved in racing at World Tour level.
