West Yorkshire Police said the road, which reopened just after 09:00 BST, was closed in response to a concern for a person’s safety. Some drivers said they had been waiting in traffic since 04:40 BST. This concern for safety incident has now been resolved and the #M62 is expected to fully reopen shortly.
