Is there a CalTopo app?

With the CalTopo mobile app, you can access existing maps and create new ones from your mobile device. The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android and has many of the same tools as the web app plus some mobile specific functions.

How do I export CalTopo?

In the mobile app, you can export a file but you cannot copy to a new map or create a network link as you can in the web browser. Tap the export button (top right-most in the map objects menu), then choose the file type to create. Select the items to inlcude in the file and tap the export button to complete.
