How long do you wear Perio Trays?
How long do I need to wear my Perio Protect Trays? You wear your trays for just a few minutes each day, usually for a period of 10-15 minutes. Most of our gum disease patients start initially with 2-3 Perio Tray applications each day.
Do you rinse after Perio gel?
After every treatment, rinse your trays with COLD water. You can also lightly brush the trays with a soft toothbrush and hydrogen peroxide. Gently towel-dry the Perio Protect Trays and place them into the storage container.
How often should I use Perio gel?
For chronic sensitivity, use one to three 20-minute applications of fluoride gel in Perio Trays within a 24-hour period. One application may be enough – three is almost always enough! If sensitivity continues, wear once per week for 20 minutes.
