As the difficulty progresses in torghast, they suggest higher and higher ilvls, but we as pvpers cannot choose pve pieces out of our vault without falling behind in pvp. Somewhat of a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation for pvpers in this context. Easy fix would be to just scale up pvp gear in torghast.

Where to buy PvP gear?
Once you hit level 60 the majority of your pvp gear can be purchased in your major city, Stormwind or Orgrimmar. I have not included those items here because it would make the list far too long and its pretty easy to find in-game.
