Not even the upcoming MadVR Envy supports Dolby Vision AFAIK. On Windows 10 PCs we have Dolby Vision Extensions (free Store app) for the Dolby Access app. I do not know if apps other than Dolby Access can access the Dolby Vision Extensions.
